Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit corivus.online, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”). The short version: we set no cookies, run no analytics and use no advertising pixels or tracking. The only personal data we handle are standard web server logs and any emails you choose to send us.

2. What we process and why

2.1 Server logs

Like any website, our web server automatically records each request in a log file: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status and size, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and your browser's user-agent string.

  • Purpose: to deliver the site, keep it secure, and detect and investigate faults and abuse.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: logs are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 14 days, unless a specific log entry is needed to investigate a security incident.

We do not use logs to build profiles, and we do not combine them with other data.

2.2 Emails you send us

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

  • Purpose: to answer you and handle your request (for example a correction or a data-protection request).
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or compliance with a legal obligation when you exercise your GDPR rights (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Retention: as long as needed to deal with your request, and then no longer than 24 months, unless we need it longer to establish or defend legal claims.

The site has no contact form, newsletter, comments or accounts, so we collect nothing through forms.

2.3 Partner links

Partner links first go to a redirect page on our own domain and then to an affiliate network and the advertiser. If the address of the page you arrived on contains campaign parameters (for example utm_source, gclid or campaignid), a small script copies those parameters onto the partner link so that the advertiser can attribute the visit. The script runs only in your browser; we do not store these parameters. Once you leave our site, the affiliate network and advertiser process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

3. What we do not do

  • No cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. See our cookie policy.
  • No analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing, fingerprinting or social-media plugins.
  • No requests to third-party servers when you load our pages: fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from corivus.online.
  • No selling or sharing of personal data, no profiling and no automated decision-making.

4. Recipients

Server logs are stored on the server that hosts the site and are processed on our behalf by our hosting provider. Emails are processed by our email service provider. These providers act as processors on our instructions. We disclose personal data to authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, email info@corivus.online. We will reply within one month. Because we hold so little data, we may need details such as the date, time and IP address of your visit to find log entries relating to you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz. You can also contact the authority in your own EU country.

6. Children

The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly process children's data beyond the server logs described above.

7. Changes

If our processing changes, we will update this policy and the date at the top of the page.
